  • CA Recall: Seats and restraints
    Issue: on certain vehicles, the upper tether anchorages for child seats may not be properly welded to the second-row seatback. as a result, the child seat tether strap could detach in a crash. safety risk: a child seat that is not properly secured could increase the risk of injury in a crash or a sudden stop. corrective action: nissan will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the welds for the child seat tether anchorages on the second-row seats. if the anchorages are not properly welded, the seatbacks will be replaced.
