    Issue: on certain buses, the vertical holding posts used by passengers could break. if this happens, a post could move suddenly and a passenger could fall. safety risk: a vertical holding post that breaks could create a risk of injury. corrective actions: nova bus will notify owners in writing and provide them with directions for replacing parts that attach the vertical holding posts (stanchions).
