    Issue: on certain rv trailers, the exterior collapsible ladder may not be properly attached to the rear wall. as a result, the ladder could separate if you use it. safety risk: a ladder that detaches could create a risk of injury. corrective actions: keystone rv will contact owners by mail and instruct you to bring your rv trailer to a dealer to re-install the exterior ladder. to minimize the safety risk, keystone recommends that you should not use the ladder until the recall repairs have been completed.
