  • USA Recall: This could allow pitman arm to slip on the steering gearoutput shaft resulting in loss of control and an accident.
    Pitman arm pinch bolts may have been inadequately torqued.

    Corrective Action:
    Retorque pinch bolts and reset as necessary.
