  • USA Recall: Leakage of anti-freeze liquid could result in anunderhood fire
    Hose could wear through and leak.

    Corrective Action:
    Install a retaining bracket that will reroutehose as necessary.

    Additional Notes:
    System:heater hose.vehicle description: ambulances built on ford e350 chassis.
