    The involved tires fail to comply with federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 119, "new pneumatic tires for vehicles other than passenger cars". the non-compliance exists because the tires may develop separations between tread and ply material in the sidewall and tread areas.

    Corrective Action:
    The dealer will replace recalled tires at no cost to the owner within 60 days of recall notification.
