    The involved furnaces contain an electrical transformer, which is a component part of a furnace electrical power converter, that may overheat and fail. this failure can cause the transformer insulation to vaporize. this vapor may ignite and be expelled from the converter enclosure.

    Corrective Action:
    The dealer will inspect and, if necessary, replace the power converter free of charge.
