Tires do not comply with the endurance requirements of federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 119, "new pneumatic tires for vehicles other than passenger cars". this can result in tread separation.

Corrective Action:
Tires will be replaced at no cost to owner within 60 days of recall notification.
