  • UK Recall: Steering rack/ steering column connector may detach
    >It has been identified that the connection block/shaft between the splined parts of the steering rack and steering column have not been manufactured to specification. this can result in the splines not engaging in the block/shaft sufficiently. this could lead to a disconnection of the steering column and steering rack which can result in loss of control of the vehicle.

    Corrective Action:
    Recall all affected vehicles to replace the connection block with a longer connector. the connector block is of a different size and shape
