The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. The contact had not experienced a failure. The vin was not available. *dt consumer stated the kickstand failed and broke off the motorcycle when dismounting. Kickstand safety feature prevents operation of vehicle while stand is disconnected. Motorcycle is un-useable. Stand broke on august 18, 2018. Updated 10/26/18*jb
