  Lower part of spring/damper unit eyelet, which attaches to the rear drive unit, could crack.
  replace eyelet with a strengthened one.

• Recall 27511 [USA]: System: throttle cable. vehicle description: motorcycles.
  Throttle cable may have been damaged during installation resulting in a bend or a kink or chafing and fraying of the braided wire cable. Consequence of defect: throttle operation could be impaired requiring increased effort to open and close the throttle, resulting in loss of throttle control which may lead to an accident.
  replace throttle cables, as required, modifying to assure cables cannot bend.

• Recall 1988001 [Canada]: Suspension
  On certain motorcycles, the lower part (eyelet) of the spring/damper unit which attaches to the rear drive unit, could crack. In extreme circumstances, the spring/damper could detach from the rear drive allowing the rear of the motorcycle to drop onto the rear tire, causing a drag on the tire and possible unstable vehicle handling. Correction: spring/damper lower eyelet will be replace with a streghtened eyelet.

• Recall 1986066 [Canada]: Structure
  On certain motorcycles, bending or kinking of the braided metal throttle cable could eventually result in a significantly increased operating effort in order to open and close the throttle with the twist grip. This could lead to reduced driver control. Correction: vehicle will be inspected and throttle cable and support replaced if required.
