• Recall 38457 [USA]: Without the amber reflectors, the vehicle will be poorly illuminated, possibly resulting in a vehicle crash without warning.
  Certain e speed racing combination lamps sold as replacement equipment for use on certain passenger vehicles listed above. Some combination lamps that are not equipped with amber side reflectors fail to conform to federal motor vehicle safety standard no. 108, lamps, reflective devices, and associated equipment.

Odi has no consumer complaints.Gm reported 6 from owners being "puzzled" by the "hatch ajar" lamp being illuminated.A safety related defect, nor a trend, has been identified at this time and further use of the agency resources does not appear to be warranted.Accordingly, this investigation is closed.The closing of this investigation does not constitute a finding by nhtsa that a safety-related defect does not exist.The agency will take further action if warranted by the circumstances.

While driving approximately 55 mph, the windshield wipers stopped operating during inclement weather, causing poor visibility. The cause of the problem had not been determined. *ak the consumer suggest there may be a recall for there vehicle. * cb *jb

While driving, with the speed control on vehicle suddenly accelerated, causing damage to the engine. Dealer has been notified. *ak

Windshield wiper motor circuit board has been replaced at my cost. There are two recalls (#98v150000 & 98v150001) for similar trucks for this same part. The dealer indicated that my vehicle was not listed in the recall. *ak

For the past 2yrs. My engine light stays on & spartan chev. Can not find the reason for this, now it starts and there is no horse power. What can i do? Has there been a recall? *ak

Brake lights malfunction.Contacted dealer and manufacturer. *ak

When you are driving along the truck will shut off. The dealer has looked at the truck twice and can't find the problem. It has happened 3 times since i have owned the vehicle. I going 55 and the truck shut off then you pull over to the side of the road and start it and it is fine for sometime. *ak
