Please reference nhtsa campaign #92v006000. Our passenger door latch started "sticking" in january 2001. It would open eventually after several tries. In january 2002 however, it completely stopped opening at all. We have to have the ignition switch on and roll down the power window and reach out to open the door from the outside. We contacted our local dealer here in wasilla, alaska, who is nye ford and was told that the recall is not in their system with ford and therefore, they are not responsible for the cost of the repair. This is not the first time we have had a problem with the dealer on recall matters. I am submitting a separate complaint for said previous issue. Please let me know what i need to do to get this door latch repaired. Thank you.*ak

On my dual tank fuel system, switching to the rear tank caused fuel to enter the front tank, no fuel was spilled but could have if i had not used the front tank first, the problem continues to exist, it also results in fuel line pressure decreasing after shutting off, causing prolonged starting time for vehicle. *ak

Constant stalling of vehicle while driving at 50 m/h with high outside temperatures (80+ degrees). Symptoms similar to vapor lock. Must be towed off highway and allowed to cool down. Problem does not seem to exist in cool weather. Has stalled on off-ramps blocking traffic coming off highway. Also stopped on side of road on interstate. The ford truck is on a class c motorhome. Worried about safety of our young grandchildren when this happens. We never arrived at our destination the last time this happened. Could not keep the motor running. Constant stalling.; even after being towed. Had to turn back home and cancel trip. Once night approached we were able to get it back home. Had two yound grandchildren with us at the time.
