Defect in the design and/or construction of gmc truck. The vehicle cranked but would not fire. Bf the consumer requested a reimbursement. The consumer was told that ford deisel vehicles have problems when parked or idling upwardly facing on an incline for any length of time. *tc *jb

While driving at 45 mph the truck began to accelerate to a speed of 65. When driver put his foot under the accelerator pedal, the truck slowed down. Again when pulling from gas station the truck went full throttle. Driver had to slamm truck in park to avoid a fatal crash. A new throttle body will be put on the truck. The manufacturer will be notified about the problem. *ak
