Front brake failure due to abs malfunction. Front brake became inoperative while in motion and attempting to stop.

March 20 2014 the brake light stayed on constantly while driving home. I did not realize this until i arrived home. I removed the wiring to check the front and rear brake light switch connections and normal operation was restored when i reconnected the switches. Now (june 26 2014) the rear brake light switch is non functional. I checked the circuit and shorting the two wires together makes the brake light illuminate. The switch is also leaking brake fluid. I see that several other hd models have been recalled for this same problem, and the dealer stocks a lot of these switches. With the rear brake not activating the brake light and the fluid leaking, i am fearful of riding this bike. It currently has only 7674 miles on it. *tr
