1.) the slide outs gather water on top under the awning toppers during rain events. When the slide outs are retracted into the coach you can hear and see the water being pushed off the top. However, all of the water is not cleared from the top of the slide as one would assume. When i started to drive away after completing my pre trip checklist i came to a stop at the 1st stop light and was drenched by cold water on my head, neck and back while in the drivers seat driving the rv. This caused me to jump from the seat and release the pedals as i was now standing rolling through the intersection. This was very shocking to say the least as approximately 2-3 gallons of cold water hit me when i applied the brakes to stop. Upon investigation the seals do not contact the entire surface of the top of the slide and you can see daylight while retracting the slides thus letting water remain on the roof of the slide.(my wife was present to witness this) i contacted the manufacturer to report the issue and they informed me to use my leveling jacks in manual mode to tilt the rv to remove the water prior to retracting the slides. However, the owners manual states to have the leveling jacks deployed (auto leveling) prior to using the slides as damage may result. So they are telling me to do something that will void my warranty and cause damage to slides. 2.) the front fiberglass nose cone is too low to the ground when the rv is road ready per manufacturers checklist. I was driving down the road in tennessee and went across a dip in the road when the front end bottomed out. Fortunately is wasn't enough of an impact to direct us off the elevated roadway.(mountain road) the front end bottomed out hard and just scraped the fiberglass and damaged the underside of the front end where its low. This could be a deadly safety hazard if it bottoms out in a curved road situation while in motion.

Front of vehicle is too low causing bottoming out and damage. The low height also causes the latch from the front slide out generator compartment to come un latched with out the driver knowing. This allows the generator compartment to slide out during a slow down or stop.

Purchased holiday rambler endeavor 40e coach on 8 march 2017, on the drive from alvarado texas to little rock arkansas the generator door kept sliding out we had to stop 3 or 4 times to slide the drawer back in. Had this repaired 3 times, in the end i repaired it myself to keep the drawer from coming out. Latch mounting bracket did not have any lock washers/nuts, so i installed them myself. The front of the coach is very low and hits on every dip in the road. It is so low i drag going in and out of gas stations and rv parks, anywhere their is dip, bump or incline of any kind. First incident happened when the generator door flew open when i had to hit the brakes hard. At the same time i had to swerve to miss a vehicle that pulled out in front of me and ended up on a rock on the side of the road, upon backing off the rock it tore off the front cover of the generator slide. This cost over $15,000 to repair. Second incident; i was driving down major road at 65 mph where there was a traffic light which turned red so i let up on the gas to let the jake brake slow me down to about 50 mph then the light then turned green so i started to speed back up to the speed limit when i hit the intersection where there was a dip on the road which could not be seen and the coach bottomed out and smashed the front fiberglass into the asphalt road and cracked the windshield. This cost over $15,000 again to have repaired. My insurance went up 33% after the first incident and expect it to go up again when i renew next year. I have read numerous accounts of others having this same issue, i think it is only matter of time when this becomes a major incident and some gets injured.
