• Recall 115291 [USA]: If the generator exhaust pipe is damaged, it may cause carbon monoxide to enter the vehicle, increasing the risk of an injury or death.
  Rev recreation group (rev) is recalling certain 2016-2020 fleetwood bounder, holiday rambler vacationer, and 2018-2020 fleetwood southwind motorhomes. The generator exhaust pipe placement exits the motorhome within the vehicle's departure angle.

• Recall 125064 [USA]: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source can increase the risk of a fire.
  Rev recreation group (rev) is recalling certain 2017 fleetwood storm and holiday rambler vacationer xe motorhomes and 2016-2017 holiday rambler vacationer motorhomes. In the affected vehicles, the spring shackle bolt may contact the fuel filler components or the fuel vent tubing causing a hole, potentially resulting in a fuel leak.
  rev will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the fuel filler tube and fuel vent components and re-route them or install additional components to shield them from contacting the spring shackle bolt, free of charge. • Recall 125061 [USA]: A damaged wire harness can cause an electrical short, resulting in intermittent operation of electrical systems or a vehicle shut down. a damaged hydraulic line may leak fluid. either condition may increase risk of a fire or a crash.
  Rev recreation group (rev) is recalling certain model year 2015-2016 holiday rambler vacationer motorhomes. The affected vehicles have a front truss that may not be adequately supported at the attachment points, allowing any wire harnesses or hydraulic lines routed between the truss and its supporting framework to be pinched or crushed.
  rev will notify owners, and dealers will install additional steel to support the front truss,. Dealers will also inspect the hydraulic hoses and electrical wiring, relocating them as necessary. • Recall 2017083 [Canada]: Fuel supply
  On certain motorhomes equipped with gasoline engines, the fuel fill tubing, fuel fill mounting hardware, or fuel vent tubing may come into contact with the spring shackle bolt. If the fuel fill tubing contacts the spring shackle bolt and becomes damaged, a fuel leak may result. A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: dealers will inspect the fuel fill and fuel vent components, and if necessary, re-route them, and/or install additional components to prevent contact with the spring shackle bolt.

• Recall 2016577 [Canada]: Structure
  On certain motorhomes, the front truss may have inadequate support at its attachment points, which could cause it to sag. If wire harnesses or hydraulic lines are routed between the truss and its supporting framework, they could become pinched or crushed. If the wire harness were to be damaged, it could result in an electrical short, which could result in intermittent operation of electrical systems, a possible vehicle “shut down” and may result in loss of vehicle control. If the hydraulic lines were to be damaged, it may cause a hydraulic fluid leak. Both of these conditions could increase the risk of a fire increasing the risk of injury and/or damage to property. Correction: dealers will add additional steel to properly support the front truss. The hydraulic hoses and electrical wiring will be inspected and relocated if necessary.

Tl* the contact owns a 2016 holiday rambler vacationer. On more than one occasion, the contact reported to the dealer that there was an abnormal noise when the motor home was in motion. In addition, while the vehicle was being driven, the dashboard moved and there was a crack near the trim and windshield. The contact had to park the motor home due to the failure. The vehicle was later taken to a dealer and recommended a third party source. The contact later received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 16v784000 (service brakes, hydraulic, electrical system), but had already experienced the failure. The vin was not available. The approximate failure mileage was 6,000. Parts distribution disconnect.
