The motorcycle was purchased on september 14, 2009 and the mileage was 99. The dealer stated that the recall repair was performed and later stated that the repair was not performed. The contact referenced recall # 07v128000 (engine and engine cooling) regarding the crack case breather separator. He stated that the dealer sold him the vehicle without performing the recall repair.
