• Recall 1995110 [Canada]: Steering
  Defect: the castle nuts on the ball studs of the tie rod ends may not be tightened to rockwell's specified torque. Excessively low torque may allow movement between the ball stud and the tie rod arm which may damage these mating parts and potentially affect the driver's ability to steer the vehicle resulting in a possible crash. Correction: affected axles will be inspected and either retorqued or replaced as required.

• Recall 1995127 [Canada]: Seats and restraints
  Defect: vibration can cause the attaching bolts of the seat swivel assembly to work loose and fall out. This would result in the seat swivel assembly separating with nothing holding the seat in place. Correction: a re-designed swivel mount/stop ring, a spacer and longer mounting bolts with a patch lock will be installed.

• Recall 1995174 [Canada]: Seats and restraints
  Note: vehicles equipped with pro sleepers with upper bunk. The plastic buckle ends on the upper bunk restraining straps may fail in service. This could allow the bunk to fall to the open position without warning. Should this happen with someone sitting in the lower bunk, that person could suffer injury from being struck by the falling bunk. Correction: dealers will modify the attachment of upper bunk restraining strap to the upper bunk and rear wall of the sleeper and install a new redesigned bunk restraining strap.

• Recall 2004074 [Canada]: Electrical
  On certain vehicles, water intrusion into the sleeper berth's bunk control panel area may pool in the tops of the dome light, tv/vcr, and/or refrigerator power switches. The led circuit boards in these switches may begin to heat up and possibly produce a flame or fire, without warning, that could cause property damage, personal injury, or death. Correction: dealer will install a water shield over the back of the entire bunk control panel.
