• Recall 1930 [USA]: Extended operation of a leaking cooling unit in the ac electric mode can result in a fire.
  On certain travel trailers, motor homes, and fifth wheel campers equipped with norcold refrigerator cooling units, model numbers n841, n821, n641, and n621. These refrigerators can experience a cooling system leak caused by operation in the ac electric mode. If a leak occurs, the cooling performance of the refrigerator will deteriorate, requiring immediate replacement of the cooling unit.

  Vehicle description: certain motor homes equipped with safety belt assemblies produced by am-safe. On some seat belts, the buckle and connector may unlatch during a collision.

• Recall 6697 [USA]: This could result in a loss of trailer brakes, increasing the risk of a crash.
  Vehicle description: folding campers. A flexible brake hose is not clamped in a position away from the tire, which can lead to chaffing of the hose causing a leak of hydraulic fluid.

• Recall 7075 [USA]: If a fire occurred in the motor home, the pleated shades would burn at an accelerated rate, increasing the risk of personal injury.
  Vehicle description: mini motor homes. Certain pleated shades failed the requirements of fmvss no. 302, "flammability of interior materials."

• Recall 8248 [USA]: This cracking can lead to an open fracture in the brass nut, potentially allowing propane gas to leak.
  Vehicle description: fold down trailers which use gas/electric absorption refrigerators supplied by norcold. The swivel nut which is an integral connection component of a pressure tap device has "stress corrosion cracking."
  dealers will remove the swivel nut/pressure tap component and replace with a remedy kit.

Tl*the contact owns a 2000 jayco eagle. The air bag sensor has been replaced twice, but currently needs to be replaced a third time. The first two times the sensor was replaced under warranty, but this third repair will be at the contact's expense. The air bag sensor module was also lubed and reset twice. He was informed by a ford manager that moisture and corrosion were the causes of the failure. The current mileage was 41,000 and failure mileage was 9,000. Consumer states that while driving and no warning the rear driver side tire blew out causing the consumer to pull over. Size#lt2257516 dealer notified. Mrthis vehicle has experienced six rear tire blowouts. *jg

The consumer had raised the roof about 3/4 of the way when the main cable snapped, caving in the roof, the drain hose on the sink fell off resulting in puddles of water building up under the cabinet, the eletrical outlet inside the storage space (table bench was falling off, the camper was very unstable, the consumers found that the camper was not installed with front stabilizing jacks and was later told that they were optional equipment, the consumer feels the jacks should be standard jayco eagle pop-up 10sg). The driver and passenger seats installed by jayco in the eagle model 232u motor home are a safety hazard, seat backs are so low (23 inches high) that anyone over five feet tall would suffer extensive neck injury if airbags deployed.
