• Recall 8253 [USA]: This cracking can lead to an open fracture in the brass nut, potentially allowing propane gas to leak.
  Vehicle description: fold down trailers which use gas/electric absorption refrigerators supplied by norcold. The swivel nut which is an integral connection component of a pressure tap device has "stress corrosion cracking."
  dealers will remove the swivel nut/pressure tap component and replace with a remedy kit.

• Recall 2000286 [Canada]: Brakes
  On certain camper trailers, a flexible brake hose could come into contact with the tire, which over time and miles can abrade the brake line hose and cause a leak of the hydraulic fluid. This could result in a loss of trailer brakes, which could contribute to a vehicle crash without prior warning. Correction: brake hose position will be inspected and, if necessary, a vinyl coated clamp will be added to secure any excess length of hose to the frame of the camper.

The roof on the trailer separated from the base of the trailer and blew off. Also, the latches in the front on the trailer were torn off. *ak the consumer feels that there is an obvious design defect that allowed the roof to come off. *cb *jb
