In case of fire, failure of the extinguisher to function could result in injury and/or property damage. Correction: owners will be provided with instructions on how to inspect the fire extinguisher to see if it is recalled. Replacement fire extinguishers will be supplied by kidde directly. • Recall 2014138 [Canada]: Accessories

While traveling south on i495 in massachussetts at 65 miles per hour we experienced a tire failure of the left rear tire on our 2014 jayco pinnacle. This tire is a power king towmax st235 80r16. This tire has no more than 2500 miles on it. Though no injury to my wife or me, as a result of this failure and shredding of the tire the damage to our 5th wheel included a destroyed rim, rear wheel fender flair, wheel well, and rear slide out skirting and molding. Given that others have experienced the same thing there should be a recall on these tires.
