My 1992 land rover range rover has a stress crack in the top of the plastic fuel tank, identical to the recall for 1993-95 range rovers under nhtsa #04v20300. Land rover can't tell me why the 1992 vehicles are not covered. Gas now pours out of tank onto the ground during fill-up. I want coverage of this potentially fatal design flaw under the same parameters as nhtsa recall #04v20300. *nm
