Tl* the contact owns a 2002 mckenzie lakota 26 rld. While driving 55 mph, the contact noticed that the rear passenger side axle was moving out of position. Upon further inspection, the contact noticed that the frame that the axle was attached to had fractured. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 30,000.

Tl*the contact owns a 2002 monaco mckenzie lakota 28rkd. While driving 55 mph, the front driver side tire blew out. While the vehicle was being pulled over, the rear driver side tire failed as well. The axles on the passenger side were sticking out. The trailer was towed to the dealer and they stated that the cause of the failures was a cracked frame. The dealer reinforced the frame and installed a frame enhancement kit. The contact has pictures. No other vehicle information was applicable. Updated 02-15-08. *kb cd attached to document.
