Tl* the contact owns a 1999 mercury mountaineer. While driving various speeds, all four windows failed to operate when using the control button. In addition, the headlights failed to illuminate when driving and the windshield wipers also failed to function. The vehicle was taken to the hilltop auto plaza ford dealer located in richmond, ca where it was diagnosed that the windshield wiper module box failed. The headlights and windows needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The contact stated that the windshield module box was replaced four times; however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 202,429.

A small piece of tread started coming off the rear firestone tire as consumer was pulling over the tread separated and the tire blewout, consumer replaced all four tires and request reimbursement. Nlm
