Issue: on certain buses, a fold-away seat was placed next to the emergency exit window. When the seat is folded, it may block the instruction label and release handle for the emergency exit. As a result, you may not be able to open the exit window without unfolding the seat. Safety risk: an emergency exit that is difficult to open could slow your exit from the bus in an emergency.
