Retracring of seatbelt failed causing seatbelt to retain slack once cliped. Then causing seatbelt to not fit tightly against passengers.

All four seat belts in my 1994 dodge stealth do not retract properly. I would say that over 90% of the time the seat belt does not retact at all. This is a major concern of mine! *jb

I own a 94 dodge stealth r/t. Has about a little over 77k miles on it and ever since i got it, when it only had 25k miles on it, the seat belt has never really retracted properly and always has slack in it if pulled on. I have to work the seat belt through the slot it is supposed to retract in, in order for it to come back to where it is supposed to be. *nm
