• Recall 2021370 [Canada]: Engine
  Issue: on certain side-by-side utvs, the oil supply line to the turbocharger may not be properly sealed. As a result, oil could leak onto the turbocharger or the exhaust system. Safety risk: engine oil that leaks onto a hot surface could cause a fire. Corrective actions: polaris will notify owners by mail and advise you to bring your utv to a dealer to inspect the oil supply line sealing surface on the turbocharger. The turbocharger assembly will be replaced, if necessary. To reduce the safety risk, polaris recommends that you should not drive your utv until this recall is completed.

• Recall 2021115 [Canada]: Engine
  Issue: on one side-by-side utv, a washer on the oil supply line to the turbocharger may not have been installed. As a result, oil could leak. Safety risk: an engine oil leak can create the risk of a fire. Corrective actions: polaris will notify the owner by mail and instruct them to take their utv to a dealer to inspect the turbocharger oil feed line and copper sealing washers. New washers will be installed if any are missing.

  Issue: on certain side-by-side utvs, the clutch could fail under certain operating conditions. If this happens, debris and/or clutch components could be ejected from the clutch housing. Safety risk: debris or parts that are ejected from the clutch housing could create a risk of injury. Corrective actions: polaris will notify owners by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the primary clutch balance hole (drill hole) locations. The primary clutch will be replaced, if necessary. To reduce the safety risk, polaris recommends that you should avoid riding your utv until the recall repairs have been completed.
