  Issue: certain 4-point and 6-point harnesses (seat belts) may be missing stitching at the attachment points. As a result, the harness may not properly restrain a person in a crash. Note: this problem affects 4-point and 6-point harnesses that were factory installed, as well as aftermarket "subzero" 4-point and "click-6" 6-point seat belt harness kits sold through polaris dealers or polaris.Com. Safety risk: a harness that does not work properly could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Corrective actions: if you purchased a vehicle with a potentially affected harness or purchased a potentially affected harness directly from polaris, polaris will notify you by mail and instruct you to take your vehicle to a dealer to inspect the harness stitching. If stitching is missing, the harness(es) will be replaced. Polaris advises you not operate your side-by-side utv until the harnesses have been inspected. • Recall 2018153 [Canada]: Fuel supply
  On certain atv and side-by-side utv’s, the material of the fuel pump flange assembly (pfa) could degrade over time and may crack. In some circumstances, if the pfa material were to crack, it could result in a fuel leak, which in the presence of an ignition source, could increase the risk of a fire causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: dealers will install a protective fuel pump cover to shield the pfa from contamination.

• Recall 2017100 [Canada]: Brakes
  On certain side-by-side utvs, the front brake circuit seal may be swollen due to an error in manufacturing. This could result in unintended brake drag, which could affect vehicle acceleration and cause undesired deceleration, produce excessive brake heat, and premature wear to brake components and could increase the risk of a fire causing injury and/or property damage. Correction: dealers will check the date code of the master cylinder, and if it falls within the suspect date range, dealers will inspect the master cylinder for contamination and will replace the brake master cylinder as necessary. Note: in the interim, owners are advised to not operate their vehicle until the defect has been repaired.

Our brakes locked up and our polaris rzr caught fire

We have 3 or more of these polaris vehicles that are stalling. The dealer can not figure it out and polaris refuses to help us from the ceo down. This is a huge safety hazard since here in arizona they are on the highway and when stalled we almost had someone killed. We have at least 3 that are doing this and after replacing almost everything they still do it with no avenue for help we are turning to you. The vehicles stall when on the city and state highways. Some one or multiple people are going to be killed from this and the company does not seem to care.

Tl* the contact owns a 2017 polaris rzr. While driving 30 mph, the contact heard a loud noise coming from the front motor. The contact pulled the vehicle over in the middle of a field, exited the vehicle, and the motor caught on fire. The failure occurred without warning. The contact poured water to stop the fire. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic (xtreme toyz of rockwall, 3920 i-30, rockwall, tx 75032) where it was diagnosed that the entire motor needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not taken to the dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 300. The vin was not available.

Due to the locations, the seatbelt recoil jams up. Making the seatbelt unusable. This can happen when your driving or parked. It effects the entire product line of side-by-sides & ace atv's. Polaris has been notified & denies the problem. The vin# i gave you is off a brand new model at a polaris dealership.
