inappropriate tools and equipment may cause

in the manual when necessary.
Bus service and repair must be done correctly
following the instructions to ensure the safety
of the service technician and correct function
of the bus. If a part must be replaced, the same
part number or an equivalent part should be
used. Pay great attention to use a replacement
part of good quality.

3. Before Start of Work
3.1. Mechanical Requested Dress Code
Always wear protective clothing. Do not
wear any damaged or loose-fitting clothing and remove jewelry before starting
the work. In case of long hair use hairnet.
The illustration below shows some of the
correct on incorrect clothing that should
been worn during work.
Sharp edges should be avoided e.g belts,
watches, necklaces to prevent scatching
the vehicle.

Front Door Control Improvement _ Buzzer Sound Improvement.
SUMMARY
1-Customers can not use door control switch inside the bus when the ignition is
switched off or when ignition key switch is removed. This modification allows the use
of door control switch inside the bus when the ignition is off or the ignition key switch is
removed.
2-Flasher buzzer sound is changed by installing a new relay under dashboard.

which is available in 3 and pin of hazard switch.

4.Put together two red 13-001 cables in a terminal
(from hazard connector and modification harness)
and connect these cables to 3nd pin of hazard
switch.

5. Dismante and cut terminal of white 33-04 cable
which is available in 17th pin of hazard switch and
then put this 33-04 and other 33-04 together in a
terminal (other 33-04 which is available in modification
harness) and then connect this terminal into 17th pin
of hazard switch.

6.Put together in a terminal cables below brown
cable in modification cable and brown cable in 10th
pin of hazard switch and blue cable with resistor
available in hazard switch and then connect this
terminal to 10th pin of hazard switch.

terminal failure while dismantling you can cut
and re-terminal cable.
