The condition occurs when the vehicle is stationary. Technical Background The steering shaft needs to be updated. Production Solution Improved intermediate steering shaft. Service 1. Reproduce the customer complaint to verify. 2. Inspect the vehicle’s suspension for worn or damaged components. If any issues are found, repair them before proceeding. 3. Remove the intermediate steering shaft from the vehicle. 4. Inspect the intermediate steering shaft and ensure that both of the universal joints move freely. 5.
