Service Director, Parts Manager, Used Vehicle Sales Manager,
and Wa rranty Administrator
Robert Bosch LLC is conducting a safety recall . For the convenience of our customers , General Motors has
agreed to assist in administering this recall through its Chevrolet and GMC dealers. The total number of
U.S. vehicles involved is 138. Please see the attached bulletin for details.
A recall notification is attached to this message. Parts Managers are being asked to post the flyer in areas
frequented by customers. If a GM customer believes they may have purchased one of the suspect master
cylinders , dealers are to perform the inspection and , the repair if necessary. The warranty transaction
should be routed to you r GM representative for approval using the appropriate labor code contained in the
bu lletin .
Customer Letter Mailing
The customer letter mailing will begin on June 20, 2013.
Global Connect (GWM )
The "Investigate Vehicle History" (IVH) screen will be updated June 15, 2013 . A list of involved VINs is
attached to this message.
Campaig n Initiation Detail Report (CIDR)
The CIDR will be June 18, 2013.
