SOUL AUTO DOOR LOCK OPERATION
On all 2012 and 2013 Soul vehicles, the auto door lock feature functions in the following
manner:
•
In vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission, this feature locks the doors
when the gear selector is shifted out of "Park" and unlocks the doors when the
selector is placed back into "Park". This feature cannot be reprogrammed.
•
In vehicles equipped with a manual transmission, this feature locks the doors as
the vehicle speed increases to over 10 mph and does not unlock the doors
automatically. This feature cannot be reprogrammed .
*NOTICE
The auto door lock feature was not available for 2010-2011 MY Soul vehicles.
