bulletin 14133A.
Additionally, when a customer calls for a service appointment, they should be reminded to bring all
keys for their vehicle with them when they come to your dealership for this repair. Also, on the last
page of this bulletin is an important notice that must be provided to each customer when they return
for their vehicle.
