CONDITION
When diagnosing audio, navigation, and Bluetooth concerns on Toyota vehicles equipped with
Premium Display Audio with Entune, adhere to the guidelines listed below.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Refer to the Problem Symptoms Table in the Audio and Visual System section of the repair manual to
diagnose concerns that involve:
Sound quality
FM radio
- AM radio
Satellite radio
CD or DVD player
- AUX and USB audio input
Refer to the Problem Symptoms Table in the Navigation System section of the repair manual to
diagnose customer concerns that involve:
Navigation system
Bluetooth functions
Entune apps
NOTE: The navigation, Entune and Bluetooth functions are part of the extension box module.
