SUBJECT: Op Code Addition: Service Campaign TP3
Control Arms Replacement - TSB# 14-01-019
Effective May 19, 2014, Hyundai Motor America is adding
additional Op Codes for bolt, washer, and nut replacement for
Service Campaign TP3 - Sonata, Sonata Hybrid and Azera Rear
Lower Control Arms Replacement.
In order to identify only those vehicles affected by Service
Campaign TP3, it will be necessary to access Hyundai Motor
America's "Warranty Vehicle Information" screen via WEBDCS
before starting the repair.
The "Warranty Vehicle Information"
screen will identify affected vehicles with an open Service
Campaign TP3.
A listing of VEHICLES is also located on WEBDCS, SERVICE tab,
select INFORMATION, and select: UNCOMPLETED CAMPAIGN VIN LIST RETAILED or DEALER STOCK.
TSB #14-01-019 for Service Campaign TP3 is available on
HMAservice.com as of May 19, 2014. It contains instructions on
performing the service and submitting the service campaign
claim.
It is IMPORTANT TO SUBMIT A CAMPAIGN CLAIM FOR EACH VEHICLE
SERVICED so your dealership can be compensated for your work and
Hyundai can maintain accurate records of campaign completions.
