Technical Service Bulletin 94 Water accumulation in Xenon headlights 94 13 14 2033536/1 April 5, 2013. Model(s) Year VIN Range 2013 A000001 – A224719 2013 N000001 – N044008 A5/S5 2013 000001 – 066494 A5/S5 Cabriolet 2013 000001 – 013985 RS5 2013 900001 – 902700 Vehicle-Specific Equipment A4/S4 Xenon headlights (PR 8EH) Condition A significant amount of water is collecting at the base of the Xenon headlight lens (Figure 1). Technical Service Bulletin Technical Background Under certain circumstances, water can enter through the headlight adjustment screw (A4), or through the bonding channel between the headlight housing and lens (A5). Production Solution Improved headlight assembly processes. Service Replace the affected headlight(s) only if a visible amount of water can be seen collecting at the base of the headlight lens(es).
