File in Section: Service Bulletin Bulletin No.: Date: PI1085 October, 2013 PRELIMINARY INFORMATION Subject: Poor Remote Transmitter Range/Remote Start or TPM Indicator On, May or may not set one or more of the following DTCs C0750, C0755, C0760, C0765 Models: 2012-2013 Buick Enclave 2012-2013 Chevrolet Captiva, Impala, Silverado, Suburban, Tahoe, Traverse 2012-2013 GMC Acadia, Sierra Models, Yukon Models Vehicles Built Between April 1, 2012 and May 1, 2013 Condition/Concern Some customers may comment that the remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter range is very poor and they have to be very close to the vehicle before the transmitter operates. They may also comment that the tire pressure monitor (TPM) system indicates dashes for the rear tire pressure readings. Recommendation/Instructions Verify the remote keyless entry transmitter range by pacing off approximately 9 m (30 ft) diagonally on all four corners of the vehicle. If the RKE range is good, follow the appropriate TPM Diagnostics using Global Service Information (SI). If the RKE range is poor, or has a TPM DTC present, replace the remote control door lock receiver (RCDLR) module.
