Important: This communication contains special instructions for both SAGA Claim Coding
and Warranty Parts Return for 2015 MY GTI wheels. Please ensure that it is distributed to
the appropriate staff in the Service and Parts Departments.
Special 2015 Model Year GTI Wheel Replacement Claim Coding Instructions
Special SAGA claim coding is required for 2015 model year GTI wheel replacements. If a dealer is
instructed through a Volkswagen Technical Assistance (VTA) ticket to perform a 2015 MY GTI wheel
replacement, the following claim coding instructions apply:

Note: A separate claim line must be processed for each GTI wheel replacement.
Special 2015 Model Year GTI Wheel Replacement Parts Return Instructions
The GTI wheels will be collected at the facility address below and each wheel must be individually
returned using the properly addressed return label from the Warranty Parts Shipping Portal (WPSP).
Each wheel will have a unique shipping label. For your convenience, the shipping box of the replacement
wheel should be used for the parts return.
