4.6L LH2 Engine DTC P0011 P0014 P0021 P0024 P0300 After Engine Repairs
Models:
2004 Cadillac SRX with 4.6 RPO LH2

The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.
Condition/Concern
Engine runs rough on light accel during the first two minutes of a key cycle and sets DTC P0011 P0014 P0021
P0024 P0300.
This is a problem that can occur after other engine services that may have disturbed the cam actuator wire harness.
Recommendation/Instructions
Inspect to be sure the cam actuator harness has been installed correctly.
Note: Correct routing of the cam actuator harness has it coming up from below the intake on the right (passenger)
side of the throttle. The short branch connects to the right head and the long branch connects to the left head. There
are tags on the harness labeled left and right.
Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is
resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
