Some 2014-2016 Transit Connect vehicles equipped with the rubber floor covering may exhibit a
prematurely worn hole or tear, under the driver's foot. Replace the rubber floor covering with
updated service parts, currently in stock. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM,) Section 501-05. Use
available Service labor times in section 12.
