Content
Issue: A 'creak noise' may be evident from the rear of the vehicle while driving.
Cause: This may be caused by deflection of the rear coil spring top mount isolator,
allowing the spring to contact the vehicle body.
Action: New spring isolators to resolve this concern are currently in limited supply. For
critical customer cases, please submit a TA case for assistance with the vehicle repair.
