Issue Description / Symptom:
Sunroof binding / sunroof pinch protection activating without obstruction.
Workshop Problem Validation Procedure:
Verify if complaint can be duplicated and note the conditions at the time (e.g.
temperature, humidity, location of vehicle (direct sun or shade), length of time glass open
before concern occurs).
Required Actions:
If able to duplicate concern, hold vehicle and forward all information to the Profi Inbox
with the subject line "2016-012 Jetta Sunroof." Vehicles are needed for on-car analysis.
