Blu-ray™ Disc Won’t Play Normally

2016 Pilot with RES
Universal Studios recently released Blu-ray discs that use a different file format. Because of this format change, those
discs won’t play normally from the rear entertainment system. In fact, this change has caused multiple suppliers to
change their code to match the format.
We’re aware of this disc playing problem and we expect to have a fix by early August of this year. This fix will be an
audio unit replacement. Until it’s available, do not replace any components. Doing so won’t fix this problem.
In the meantime, you can get the disc to play normally with a simple workaround. From the Top Menu, select Chapters,
then Chapter 1. The disc will start playing like it should.
