This is to revise and replace ATC 1490-A, dated 14-Apr-2015. This revision is to:
1 Remove the travel allowance, and
2 Reinstate the expiration date to 01-Nov-2016.
If additional information is required, contact your Cummins Warranty Operations Group Leader.
DESCRIPTION:
This Account Team Coverage is being issued to complete four specific field actions against a select population of
ISX11.9/12 engines. Certain engines in the population have already received some of these field actions and will only
require the remaining open actions to be completed. Field action completion details for each engine are provided in
the attached ESN list (Attachment A).
ACTION:
In order to qualify for repair under this field action, an engine:
1 will be covered Regardless of coverage status, and
2 must be on the attached ESN list.
After verifying that the engine meets the above requirements, perform the following actions:
1 Review the attached ESN list (Attachment A) to determine which field actions are required.
2 Complete any required field actions per the Field Action Details document (Attachment B).
MATERIAL DISPOSITION:
Materials removed as a result of any required field actions must be scrapped.
