2016 Pilot and 2017 Ridgeline with Display Audio
Some customers with Samsung/Android smartphones have reported that while playing Pandora through HFL, a No
Device Connected message appears on the Display Audio screen and Pandora stops working. From our investigation,
we know this is a Pandora/audio unit/audio-navigation unit issue.
We’re currently working to resolve this issue. We’ll let you know when a solution is available. Until then, do not replace
the audio unit or audio-navigation unit. Doing so won’t fix this issue.
