We have been advised that Takata is experiencing a high volume of calls from Subaru retailers
requesting their assigned CCN (ChemTrec Contract Number) for return shipping purposes.
As a reminder, the CCN list is included in the WQL48 and WQM49 Air Bag Inflator Recall bulletins.
Before contacting Takata for your assigned CCN code, please check the CCN list published in the
bulletins. Your assigned CCN code will not change, so please make note of it for your future air
bag inflator returns to Takata.
