Creak from rear when braking/accelerating and cornering.
Cause:Deformation of the body panel.
Action:If a customer highlights the issue detailed above carry out the following:1. Fold the second row seats forward.
2. Remove LH and RH rear luggage hoops.
3. Remove the painted Cross Car Brace (see attachment).
4. Pull back carpet to reveal any witness mark on upper strut reinforcement panel.
5. Cut a length of 1.6mm thick AV felt tape from squeak and rattle kit, apply to the
panel covering the witness mark (see attachment).
6. Repeat step 5 on the corresponding surface of the Cross Car Brace (see
attachment)
7. Reassemble referencing the attached document for correct torque values.
