Complaint:
After the COMAND Online control unit (A40/3) boots up, the mute function that was activated before last ignition off is
intermittently no longer active.
Note: The complaint will not occur when the "Music Register" was selected as the last active source.
Cause:
Software of COMAND Online control unit (A40/3).
Remedy:
Update software of COMAND Online control unit (A40/3) to software release 13/22.00 or higher using Xentry Diagnostics: This software is available as of Telematics DVD 09/2013 (A 166 827 08 00).
