CONDITION
Some vehicles with aftermarket headlamps (non OEM) are being repaired/replaced under warranty
with OEM equipment.
RECOMMENDATIONS
When investigating customer complaints related to Headlamp issues (e.g. inoperative, intermittent
function, open circuit, water entry, etc.), please verify that the Headlamp assembly is an OEM (not
aftermarket) component.
OEM components can be identified by the presence of the markings shown below. Parts without these
markings should be considered aftermarket components and not subject to Warranty replacement.
OEM Headlamp Identification Markings
(P/N: 81110 and 81150)
“STANLEY” lettering on the back side.
“STANLEY” lettering on the front lens.
